Bachs Secure Checkout
Payments are processed on Bachs' hosted checkout. The methods shown—including eligible cards, bank transfer, mobile money, or crypto—depend on the customer's location, currency, and the methods enabled for our account.
Payment Confirmation
Returning to Silk Haus after checkout is not proof of payment. We confirm and process an order only after Bachs sends a verified successful-payment notification. Pending, failed, cancelled, expired, or underpaid transactions are not fulfilled.
Currencies and Conversion
International checkout is priced in USD and Nigerian checkout in NGN. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee. The final amount is displayed before payment is authorised.
Payment Security
Silk Haus does not receive or store complete card, bank, mobile-money, or crypto credentials. Payment details are entered directly on Bachs' secure checkout.
Refunds and Disputes
Approved refunds follow our Refund Policy and are returned through the original supported payment route. Processing time and refund availability can vary by payment method. Contact us promptly if a payment appears incorrect.
